1. Acceptance

By using Mana Forge you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Mana Forge is a deck building and management platform for Magic: The Gathering — Commander/EDH format. The service includes AI-assisted deck building, analysis tools, game tracking, and community features. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Account

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account.
  • One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.
  • You must be at least 14 years old (Art. 8 GDPR, Art. 2-quinquies Legislative Decree 196/2003).

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the deck lists, primers, and game logs you create. By publishing a deck, you grant Mana Forge a non-exclusive license to display it to other users of the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Insult, harass, or threaten other users.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • Perform scraping or automated data extraction without authorization.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Deck-building suggestions and analyses provided by the AI assistant are for informational purposes only. Mana Forge does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or competitiveness of generated deck lists. Always verify card legality and rules from official sources.

7. Card Intellectual Property

Card names, text, and images are the property of their respective owners. Card data is provided by Scryfall. Mana Forge claims no intellectual property over collectible card games. This project is unofficial fan content and adheres to the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. Not produced by or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.

8. Credits and Payments

AI-powered features (deck generation, AI chat, collection analysis, budget swaps) are delivered via a system of prepaid credits. Each user receives free credits upon registration and on a monthly basis; additional credit packages may also be purchased.

Credits are digital goods with immediate delivery: they are credited to your account instantly after payment and begin to be consumed on first use of an AI feature. Pursuant toArt. 59(o) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content whose delivery begins before the withdrawal period expires, upon the user's acceptance at the time of purchase.

All credit purchases are therefore final and non-refundable. Mana Forge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to grant partial or full refunds exclusively in the event of a technical malfunction attributable to the service that prevented effective use of purchased credits. Requests must be submitted to info@manaforge.it within 7 days of purchase, documenting the issue.

Credits do not expire, are not transferable between accounts and have no monetary value outside the platform. In the event of account deletion, suspension for violation of these Terms, or service closure, remaining credits do not entitle you to any refund. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as registered reseller (merchant of record); the related invoices are issued directly by Lemon Squeezy and include VAT applicable in the customer's country.

9. Social Features

Mana Forge allows you to add other users as friends. The request is bidirectional and must be accepted by the other party. Once accepted, each friend automatically sees the other's decks that are not marked as private (see below). The friendship can be cancelled at any time by either party, instantly revoking access to each other's decks.

Deck visibility: each deck has three possible states — (i) private (visible only to the owner), (ii) friends-visible (default), (iii) public (visible to anyone in the Explore section, even without registration, and accessible via sharing link to anyone with the URL). The user is responsible for correctly marking their decks before accepting friendships. Mana Forge is not responsible for the visibility of a deck the user could have marked as private.

Behavior: harassing, threatening, impersonating other users, or abusing the friend request system is prohibited in social interactions. Violations may result in account suspension or deletion pursuant to section 5.

10. AI Matchup and Analysis of Third-Party Decks

AI Matchup allows you to analyze a potential table by selecting one of your decks and friends' decks. When the analysis starts, the complete deck lists of selected decks are sent to Anthropic (Claude AI) for processing. Friends' decks included must have been made available by their owners by keeping them non-private at the time of friendship acceptance: starting the analysis does not require additional per-case authorization.

The cost of the analysis is 20 credits per run and is charged to the user who initiates it. Results are indicative and do not guarantee the outcome of a real game.

11. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time from the Settings page or by writing to info@manaforge.it. Data is removed from active systems within 24 hours; residual copies in technical backups are deleted within 30 days. Deletion entails the removal of all friendships and the loss of remaining credits with no right to a refund (see section 8).

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mana Forge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Liability for willful misconduct and gross negligence remains, as do the mandatory consumer protections under the Consumer Code.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction determined by applicable Italian law, subject to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer's court pursuant to Art. 66-bis Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
