1. Acceptance

By using Mana Forge you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Mana Forge is a deck-building and management platform for Magic: The Gathering — Commander/EDH format. The service includes AI-assisted deck building, analysis tools, game tracking, and community features. The service is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by applicable law and without prejudice to the mandatory rights recognized to consumers, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (Articles 135-octies et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code).

3. Account

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account.
  • One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.
  • You must be at least 14 years old (Art. 8 GDPR, Art. 2-quinquies of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003). The purchase of credits is reserved to adults or to minors authorized by whoever exercises parental responsibility.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the deck lists, primers, and game logs you create. By publishing a deck, you grant Mana Forge a non-exclusive license to display it to other users of the service.

Images generated by the Carousel tool may display the badge «made with manaforge.it». We grant you a non-exclusive, free, and revocable license to share them with this badge, provided it remains unchanged and that you do not imply that Mana Forge endorses, sponsors, or produced the content you added.

The license does not cover use of the badge in content that incites hatred or violence, in sexual, unlawful or defamatory content, or to promote competing services. In these cases the license is revoked and we may request its removal and suspend the account.

The logo you upload remains on your device: we do not receive it, do not store it, and do not publish it. When you use it, the Mana Forge badge does not appear on the image.

The images contain card names and artwork owned by their respective holders and include the notice required by Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Insult, harass, or threaten other users.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • Perform scraping or automated data extraction without authorization.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

6. AI-Generated and Editorial Content

Deck-building suggestions and analyses provided by the AI assistant are for informational purposes only. Mana Forge does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or competitiveness of generated deck lists. Always verify card legality and rules from official sources.

Articles in the Forge Insights section are automatically generated from our data and manually reviewed before publication. They are provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies or omissions; we do not warrant their accuracy or completeness, and they do not constitute professional, legal or financial advice. Any prices shown are indicative, refer to the time of writing, and change over time.

Preview ('spoiler') articles are based on preliminary, unofficial information about unreleased products: they may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not necessarily reflect the final version of the cards or products, which may change or never be released.

Users must independently verify information before making any decisions based on such content. To the extent permitted by law, the limitation of liability in section 12 applies.

7. Card Intellectual Property

Card names, text, and images are the property of their respective owners. Card data is provided by Scryfall. Mana Forge claims no intellectual property over collectible card games. This project is unofficial fan content and adheres to the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. Not produced by or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.

8. Credits and Payments

AI-powered features (deck generation, AI chat, collection analysis, budget swaps) are delivered via a system of prepaid credits. Credit packages can be purchased.

Credits are digital goods with immediate delivery: they are credited to your account instantly after payment and begin to be consumed on first use of an AI feature. Pursuant toArt. 59(o) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content whose supply begins before the withdrawal period expires. For this reason, at the time of purchase you are asked to (i) expressly consent to the immediate provision of the credits and (ii) acknowledge that, upon immediate crediting of the credits to your account, you lose the right of withdrawal; you will also receive purchase confirmation by email, on a durable medium, referencing this loss of the right of withdrawal.

All credit purchases are therefore final (no right of reconsideration). The legal guarantee of conformity remains unaffected (Articles 135-octies et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code): in case of a lack of conformity of the digital content and services — including credits and the features usable through them — you are entitled to have conformity restored or, in the cases provided by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. Reports can be sent to info@manaforge.it describing the issue encountered.

Credits do not expire, are not transferable between accounts and have no monetary value outside the platform. In the event of voluntary account cancellation or suspension for violation of these Terms, remaining credits do not entitle you to a refund. In the event of discontinuation of the service, we will give notice at least 30 days in advance, during which the credits will remain usable; credits purchased and unused at the end will be refunded pro-rata (credits received for free do not entitle you to a refund). Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of IKIGAI SRLS (VAT IT15910551009), the seller of the credits. Invoices are issued by IKIGAI SRLS. Charges appear on your statement as «MANAFORGE.IT».

9. Social Features

Mana Forge allows you to add other users as friends. The request is bidirectional and must be accepted by the other party. Once accepted, each friend automatically sees the other's decks that are not marked as private (see below). The friendship can be cancelled at any time by either party, instantly revoking access to each other's decks.

Deck visibility: each deck has three possible states — (i) private (visible only to the owner), (ii) friends-visible (default), (iii) public (visible to anyone in the Explore section, even without registration, and accessible via sharing link to anyone with the URL). The user is responsible for correctly marking their decks before accepting friendships. Mana Forge is not responsible for the visibility of a deck the user could have marked as private.

Behavior: harassing, threatening, impersonating other users, or abusing the friend request system is prohibited in social interactions. Violations may result in account suspension or deletion pursuant to section 5.

10. AI Matchup and Analysis of Third-Party Decks

AI Matchup allows you to analyze a potential table by selecting one of your decks and friends' decks. When the analysis starts, the complete deck lists of selected decks are sent to Anthropic (Claude AI) for processing. Friends' decks included must have been made available by their owners by keeping them non-private at the time of friendship acceptance: starting the analysis does not require additional per-case authorization.

The cost of the analysis is 5 credits per run and is charged to the user who initiates it. Results are indicative and do not guarantee the outcome of a real game.

11. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time from the Settings page or by writing to info@manaforge.it. Data is removed from active systems within 24 hours; residual copies in technical backups are deleted within 30 days. Deletion entails the removal of all friendships and the loss of remaining credits with no right to a refund (see section 8).

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mana Forge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Liability for willful misconduct and gross negligence remains, as do the mandatory consumer protections under the Consumer Code.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms for legitimate reasons (regulatory changes, service evolution, security). Substantial changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email or via an in-platform notice; if you do not wish to accept them, you may stop using the service and cancel your account. Changes do not affect credits already purchased. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction determined by applicable Italian law, subject to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer's court pursuant to Art. 66-bis Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
